Are you getting enought?

Posted In: Vitamins by alternative-answer

Are you getting enough vitamins and minerals from you daily food intake, how do you know either way. One way is to look on the packaging where you will find the recommended daily allowance RDA, however the RDA as suggested is only a very small amount of what your body needs. For instance you should be taking 1000-2000g of vitamin C daily which is known to help in the prevention of colds and flu.
